My experience with A MOTORS and specifically Rafael at Sherwood Dr. location was such a great one.... From test driving to financing, even a repair that was needed after a week or so of buying was a breeze. Rafael was extremely helpful and helpe work the numbers to get me approved with what I was working with money wise! Great overall experience! Rafael and Derek was such a huge help with getting my dream car. I always bought cars cash and had a fear of being stuck with a car note to a lemon but these gentlemen made my experience so comfortable and I am so happy my wife and I drove 2.5 hours just to go to 121 Sherwood Dr San Antonio, TX 78201. My car is amazing, it feels brand new and they made the process super easy!!

Coming into this place I sat in front of Hardam and the owner to purchase a 16 Challenger. I was very hesitant and did not want to go through with the purchase due the blinker, tire pressure sensor and alignment, they all reassured it would get fixed. Fast forward, deposit was made and I've only had the vehicle not 2 weeks and it's been in and out of the lot 3 times! They are now giving my husband and I the run around about how they were only going to fix the alignment. Alignment was done, now we are waiting for the sensor or so they say to come in. Today is June 2nd and my husband went to drop off this vehicle so that the blinker and sensors could get done and suddenly they don't know anything about the blinker now. Hardam made a comment a few days back for me to get used to a Manuel blinker only he found it funny. I'll be more than happy to keep this post up to date about all fixes and issues. I did have to get cops involved after I was told they wouldn't service me. I sat across the street and waited till my husband and the cops arrived. I'm not too sure why they cannot comply. I have contact the BBB and now it's resulted to this. If I have to reach out to the news I will. I'm not happy about this. I can't even drive my car. My hard working money that they gladly took out of my hands to hit commission and I'm the one who's screwed. I will be update this rating, so stay tuned! Issues have NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!!

Customer service great when wanting to take ur money. Promises on top of promises. Make sure you check the car before purchasing the car. They will tell you it’s up to date, in reality it’s not. They offer a warranty but the cars are not up to date in maintenance and your warranty DOES NOT COVER maintenance. Then they will turn around and tell you that’s your job. I personally would NOT recommend them at all. Everyone is a manager and will give you the run around but they are just sale persons. Keep in mind you are purchasing a high name brand car and the parts are not cheap! If you can walk away before they get you that would be my best advice. They will only tell you what you need and want to hear. Wait there is more. After you call them out on their lies they will reply “so why you buy the car” after you transition is DONE no more mr. Nice guy. Take ur money elsewhere where they will value Yu as a customer.

So I went in because I needed a new vehicle. They took my 2010 Traverse as trade in and said it was running really bad and he didn’t feel safe letting me leave with my daughter. They gave me $1500 credit for my Traverse. Then I get a 2015 Dodge Journey, they offer warranty but I tell them I will come in and add it on in a month or 2. It runs good the first few days till check engine light turns on, it’s the sensor, they replace it. Then 2 wks later the engine starts leaking oil, they check it, the transmission has a crack and leaking transmission oil. They tell me to buy the warranty so that it will cover costs of fixing it. So I buy the warranty, as I’m leaving I see they sold my 2010 Traverse for more, with all the issues. They didn’t even fix it before selling it to a man and woman with 2 young kids, after they said it was an unsafe vehicle.

Bought my wife a car here. Drove it 60 miles home and had to replace all the brakes as soon as we parked in the driveway. I was ok with that because it was my responsibility to check the vehicle when I bought it. But she had a flat tire a week later and I saw there was no spare tire when I went to change it. This is unprofessional in my opinion. Should have checked the safety features of the car myself but the dealer should have checked it before they offered it for sale.

I'll have to say I'm 38 years old, have had a car since I was 15 and purchased about 8 cars between then. This honestly was the best and easiest time I've ever had while purchasing the exact vehicle I had been looking for for over 4 months an Audi S5 which seem hard to come by. Selection is amazing but the best part is the staff. YOU WILL NOT GET THE TYPICAL BS YOU GET FROM THE TYPICAL DEALERSHIP.. they'll shoot you straight and I felt nothing but honesty and even got to look at the ACTUAL numbers on the computer between the bank and dealer. I knew exactly what I was buying and why I was paying the price I was. My credit sucks. Period. I had my identity stolen few years ago but it was no problem. I have payments I can afford for the exact car I wanted. They have 3 locations and my experience was at the Sherwood Drive location . Hardan helped me out and it felt more like buying a car from a friend rather than having that feeling like your being treated fake just to get that money out of your pocket . Definitely ask for Hardan and you'll be treated fairly and not feel pressured into anything at all. Thanks again Hardan and everyone else up at A Motors I love my car. 👍

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! There vehicles they are selling may look nice on the outside but they DO NOT DO A PROPER INSPECTION before selling!!! We have had our 2014 Chevy Silverado for about 4 months my husband test drove it and it was fine a day later the driver side AC was not working properly! A week after the truck started making a thumping noise we took it to the dealerships mechanic he said it was the UV joints when the mechanic gave the truck back he admitted to the UV joints not being the problem we called the mechanic plenty of time to set up a diagnostic never heard a response back! Decided to take it to the actual Chevy dealership where they ran there diagnostic only to find out that the transmission, is bad,motor mounts are all cracked, shocks are leaking may lock out soon, oil pan leaking, leaf springs leaking, rear main seal leaking on transmission, Ac driver temp actuator… only to find that the warranty does not cover it because the truck has a lift kit that mind you the truck was purchased with the lift kit the dealership did not inform the warranty correctly. Talked to dealership today 7/30/21 only to be told there is nothing they can do we even offered to turn the truck back in but did not accept that either they DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for not doing there job correctly !!!! I have a vehicle that can go out at any time according to the Chevy dealership this is not safe especially that our 4 year old son rides in the truck !!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

Was in the market for a used car that was affordable, but most importantly reliable and a great buy. After visiting a few dealerships, I came across a vehicle I liked located at A Motors via a link from Facebook Market. After expressing interest, the sales associate Ana quickly got back to me. She was super friendly and very helpful. I went to look at the vehicle and they even let me take it to my own personal mechanic before purchasing to ensure the car was in great mechanical condition. The entire experience from beginning to end was very straight forward, and they were extremely flexible on payment options. Overall a fantastic experience!!

I heard that one of the prices was quoted and my friend who was trying to buy a car thought he heard one thing but I tried to let him know that they said the other thing and so my friend didn't quite believe that I was involved in the conversation and that he was quoted correctly from the sales rep but then I stepped out to make a phone call

Bought a car not even a week ago. Everything was fine when we picked up the car. Last night we started to get low fuel pressure. All the light on the dash came on and shaking when driving. Called them and they said they wont do anything for us except to bring it back and their mechanic would look at it with no promises to fix it. Only problem is we live 3 hrs away.

For weeks we were looking for a Camaro and that was so hard to find what we were looking for, our visit to A motors was great and very successful.Rafael was our salesman very patient and helpful he took good care of us answered all our questions.
