I've had all.kind of insurances and A-MAX Customer service On Lyons is outstanding ! I spoke to a lady named Gladis upon a quote on 2 vehicles she went out of her way to quote me the best she could was very professional, fast and understanding her worth Ethic speaks volumes on her character itself. Thanks Gladis your one of a kind your customer service skills are on point 😊

Bad experience . You pay correctly and they cancel your policy without communicating. And they do not give money back.

Julie was so helpful and it was such a pleasure speaking with her. Not only did she stay on the phone with me while other customers walked in the office, she took the time to address all of my concerns and set me up with a policy that worked perfectly for me. I highly recommend asking for Julie when you need auto insurance!

The rate is good for me, but I was mislead by an employee which told me that my last payment was made and came to find out that it wasn't and was charged an extra $12 for a late payment and they wouldn't except the blame and wave the late fees even though they gave me inaccurate information.

I really enjoy being a part of the A-MAX Insurance family as a client. They are always very helpful and polite and courteous with their customers. I really appreciate the wonderful people who work here. I wouldn't want to relocate with another agency. they are a blessing to the insurance world.

I walked in looking for some reasonable insurance and there were two young ladies who both helped me. Brenda and Mayra both took there time to listen to my concerns and needs to help me get affordable insurance!! Both Brenda and Mayra had bright welcoming personalities.They made the whole process easy for me to jump into. Her customer service skills and the knowledge she provides me with my policy and coverages is what keeps me doing business with her no matter what office she works at. The professionalism held by Liz is by far the most I’ve ever seen & felt from the very beginning towards the end of the transaction. She was extremely thorough & well detailed to the point where I had absolutely no confusion or doubt In my policy. I was able to get the best rate for my Mercedes Benz which all other competitors didn’t stand a chance at the price or professionalism that this establishment held. I would definitely recommend anyone of all vehicles to come talk to Liz! She’s a superstar! 10/10

The whole staff greeted once I walked in they give you a standing ovation, and once your at their desk they offer water or coffee anything they can do for you they do it. Service is exquisite. When looking for your insurance they find the best rate/company. Awesome company thank you A-MAX.

Julia was really helpful in finding us insurance. She was also very patient with my husband who asks plenty of questions. The environment was clean and smelled nice. The staff members were professional.
