I have been struggling with debt for a very long time. At one point my rating was below 350. Now, with some determination, and the help of "A Debt Coach Credit Counseling Service", I have a rating over 700. I'm well on my way to having Excellent Credit! Randy was extremely knowledgeable, responsive to all my questions, and so VERY helpful. I truly appreciate him and his company. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone seeking help with their current credit situation! THANKS RANDY!!!

A Debt Coach and Randy Williams have been providing assistance to my borrowers for several years. They are honest, have high integrity and they are a non-profit, so they have the customers best interest in mind. I have found the "for profit" credit counselling companies are only looking to make a quick buck and A Debt Coach is not like that. I highly recommend them!

If you are a female looking for a man to talk over and pressure you into not doing more research before moving forward, then this is the company for you! On our first call, Jason fumbled through his script but I didn't want to make any judgements. Maybe he was new or nervous or having a bad day. Jason had told me he would send all of the information over to me to review and scheduled a follow up call. FYI you have to give your ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER and set up a first payment date before getting this "information" emailed to you RED FLAG. Jason did clarify that a payment would only be made if we moved forward. Well, I read what was sent to me and it ended up being a contract that needed to be signed. Now, maybe A Debt Coach thinks that this is classified as information, but I do not. I was expecting an email with details of the conversation, not a contract to sign. Let's move on to the follow up call. I had decided that I wanted to do more research as I didn't love the vibe from the first phone call and thought that I needed to look into more companies and how the process works in general. Now I could have just ignored his call and ghosted him, but I know he is just an employee trying to collect a paycheck and I myself work in customer service and understand that people can be rude and mean so I wanted to just decline his offer respectfully. So when Jason asked me if I had time to review the paperwork, I told him I did but that I would prefer to not move forward at this time. To which he responded "well wait what happened?" Well nothing happened Jason, I scheduled an appointment to get information, I got it, and now I would like to move on. But instead of allowing me to tell him that, I was interrupted by Jason asked me "what is really going on here, no tell me what is actually going on, what other options do you have". I have nothing to owe Jason or this company as I did not agree to anything other than getting information, so I disconnected the call. If the interaction ended there, I may not be writing this review. However, Jason decided to then proceed to text me (as seen in the screen shot below) a sarcastic statement. Jason Mantilla Senior Debt Consultant - I am utterly disgusted at the clear attempt to prey on someone looking for relief on a huge thing in their life by attempting to tell them that they have no other options.

Hello Cami, This is definitely not A Debt Coach policy and I am looking into it. I am pulling the recordings. I want to personally apologize for the pressure used. A Debt Coach has always helped people whom wanted help. We should never pressure anybody. This is about debt help and education, not a high pressure sales. Your words are very clear to me and I will get to the bottom of this. I am the President and take for responsibility. We are a Nonprofit organization, not a sales force. I am sorry. I can honestly say that I am overjoyed. This man took the time to understand the issues with my credit. He gave me an in-depth explanation of how a credit score is calculated and gave me easy rules to follow in order to obtain the score I desired. I have never seen a person unravel such a coil of different debts from different places. If you are seriously ready to shed the burden of back debt, I strongly urge you to contact A Debt Coach. I don't know how many reps they have but ask for Randy Williams. He is the one who helped me and from the deepest parts of my heart, I want to him to know how thankful my family and I are for his help and guidance. He improved the quality of all of our lives.
