These are great people they work with you on payments they will fix it if it's broken I recommend them to anyone there friendly people I love the car I have it's great they are the best if you need a good reliable car there is the place to get one I've had my car almost a year thank God I've only had to replace the water pump and purge valve solenoid and 2 belts other than that your basic tune up and oil change it's been great thank you a1 pawn for your kindness

Have had 2 title loans in past w\ A1 but in another location & always made my payments on time & pd both off in timely manner. I was not even a wk late w\ my 1st payment , during which time the Copid19 virus broke out & everything went on lockdown. I myself suffer upper respiratory issues & was goin 2 inform them I wud b another wk on the payment but b4 I cud they came & re-poed my car which I than had 2 pay an xtra 200 $ 4 tow fees 2 get my ride back. And this when I was just told my place of business wud b closing. I did end up goin 2 ER following wkend & I had tested positive 4 the virus. In such hard x's they were way 2 eager 2 jump the gun. I've almost got my loan paid but will ever again use them . I realize these hard x's & ppl r falling behind on bills etc but have a heart & dont make it so much harder on s.o whos given u no reason 2 think otherwise. Didn't get a letter in mail ahead of them repoing or anything left when they took it so @ 1st had no clue. Plus they re-poed it on a sat so I cudnt get it back till Mon & if my copd had flared up wudve been a bad situation. Very disappointed

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR IF YOU WANT A CAR THAT WILL LEAVE YOU ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD NOT EVEN A WEEK AFTER YOU GET IT THIS IS THE PLACE WE JUST GOT A CAR FROM HERE LESS THAN A MONTH AGO AND IT KEEPS LEAVING US STARANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK HONESTLY THIS PLACE IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR
