A-1 Pawn US, Ruidoso

If i could give this place a 0 rating i would. Tried to take my laptop there that is upgraded and less than 6 months old, i spent 434 on the laptop and another 180 on the upgrades, this lady wanted to offer $30 for the laptop, what?!?!?!?

I came here yesterday wanting to sell a Galaxy Tab E 32GB never used for half of what it's worth. Its originally worth $275 I was just wanting $100 at the least but the lady would rather give me $20 for it then sell it at here for a little more than its worth. Also to add on the rudeness and bad attitude from these ladies, horrible experience.Very Disappointed! Not a good business to make amends with. Will not come back. Do not recommend.

Wow! All i can say is these people need to learn customer service. They are extremely rude! I just called them and they were obnoxiously rude. I really wish i could get them shut down! Thia place is horrible. Didnt even have to go in to find out how bad the employs are.

How do you not take a Like New Nintendo Switch? Like they can't turn that around and sell it for a pretty penny? Also the person on the phone is a grade A jerk.

Very unprofessional, I have been to A-1 Pawn many times in the past and they have been very professional until they either sold or got terrible New people were rude and inconsiderate .You couldn't ask about he security of your items without offending the salesperson and I do not recommend this place and in fact I would drive to Roswell ,Alamogordo or Russia before I would go to this pawn shop again!

This is the worse place do ever do business with! You could feel the hostility as soon as you walked in! If you are a person who has colored skin dont even both walking in! The manager was rude and kicked us out as soon as we educated her on the gun laws! Nikki and Teri were by far the best employees this business ever had! Since the new manager came in, she is just an awful unprofessional employee! This pawn shop isnt even worth it anymore! And needs to be closed!

Didn't even wanna look at my drum set, they even asked me if I see any music items there so no. Also had a good mountain bike, don't take em. Bad stock. How do they stay in business. Please close

Showed up to the store shopping for a rifle had money in hand manager refused to sale to me due to my SD licence I educated her on the laws as there ii no restrictions to purchachase a rifle in NM with a SD licence and even showed her the actual law and she kicked me out of the store I feel like she was racist due to me being Hispanic will never spend money at this pwn shop manager is uneducated and she refused to give me the owners number to file a complaint I then drove to Sandmans Armory a local gun shop up the road and the guys sold me the exact rifle I was looking at and gave me absolutely no problems due to my out of state license manager should be fired immediately

Disrespectful staff makes the building not even worth looking at.
