Stopped at quit a few pawn shops from Ohio to Wisconsin. This place was excellent! Got a great deal on two pairs of earrings and a necklace. Owner was was very friendly and knowledgeable about the specific items I was looking for. If you have the chance I strongly suggest you stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently visited A-1 Jewelry and Pawn located in Oak Park, IL seeking to sell some jewelry (primarily items composed of gold and diamonds) as well as an older model Rolex watch. I dealt with the owner, Aaron, one-on-on. Not only was he polite & professional - but he was pretty funny to boot. Most importantly, he was able to offer me nearly twice the amount that I was quoted and offered by 2 other shops in the area. Needless to say, I happily accepted the offer! This pawn shop is awesome I always sell my gold here. Nobody else has ever offered me even close to what the guy at A-1 pays it’s literally like double what any other pawn shop has offered me. I recommend this place to everyone. If you want the most for your gold go here. Seriously
