Love my credit union.. been with them close to 20 years...always friendly and smiling!! Always have a biscuit for the dog and know you by name when you walk in the door...not so 'banky'! Will never go back to a traditional bank again! The ladies at the Windsor branch are the absolute best!!!

Friendly, local service. I like that the people I've dealt with at Members have been very helpful and nice. If you are in a hurry, they can seem, um... very careful to get things right, so transactions can be a bit slow. Their services are decent for a credit union, and I like that you can get free ATM transactions at affiliated credit unions.
