7 17 Credit Union OH, Kent

I called Lynn and ask how should I proceed, I need a new furnace and A/C. She said increase your home equity, I'll have someone call today, they called and things were in motion. Within days we are on our way to the branch to sign paper. Lynn the manager of the branch met us at the door, and Anne Stomer, was walking past and took us right in. The paper work was easy to understand, and quick to finish. Within 3 business days we had our loan, and that very same day our new A/C and heat. it was an easy experience. the staff at Kent Branch are awesome.

Financed my RV purchase through 717 after shopping around. The rates were much lower than other credit unions and RV sellers. They were also accommodating, informative and pleasant to work with throughout the process.

A wondeful experience. We started out looking for a simple RV Loan and because of the exceptional customer service from Wendy Munno and Lindsay Parsons our relationship with 7/17 is growing. We are leaving our current bank after many years and switching all of our checking and savings accounts as well as a HELOC acct and credit card to 7/17. 7/17 Credit Union has been very responsive in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process of setting up accounts and clearly identifying what accounts would be best for our needs and why. I've done banking with the traditional banks for 40+ years and wish we had found this Credit Union years ago. I also met Amy Upton, a mortgage loan consultant. If we ever decide to move I have no doubt that if there is a need for a mortgage loan it will be with 7/17. Looking forward to banking with 7/17 credit union for many years and would recommend to anyone in North East Ohio.

Lindsay was awesome! I was treated extremely well and hope to continue to do business with her and with 717. i wish i lived closer to a branch so i could do all my banking there. they are great and so easy to work with for everything you might need.

Nobody answers the phone at any branch! I took a small loan out & made three payments just for my amount not to decrease at all! Kent especially!!

I have been with 7/17 for 2 years now and have always like banking there when out of work for 4 months they allowed my cell phone bill to get paid

Chris is a top notch true professional, at times like this one can be very nervous taking out a somewhat substantial loan, but Chris will make you feel relaxed as she answers all your questions and goes over even the small details. Very pleasant experience, need more like her, thank you.

buying out my lease with a loan from 7/17 was easy and problem free. great interest rate and personal attention. extremely helpful staff, friendly and courteous.

I'm 717credit Union member since I became a member years I always received very good service and respect so I encourage any 1 2 do business with them very professional just a good place 4 Banking needs.

Update 2/23/22: I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company. I use 7/17 in Kent for my business account and for my personal account. They have always been nothing but amazing! I've only ever encountered 1 rude employee. I just make sure I don't go to her when I go in. Everyone else is amazing! So friendly, very helpful, very personal. A lot of the tellers say, Hello Adam, when I walk in the door. Best banking experience I've had.

Since joining the 7 17 Credit Union I have been very pleased with their service's! Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to other's for sure. I will continue using them as my only bank service! Thank you to the team at the Kent, Ohio location & Dan D. for helping.
