Their lake of action screams that they are not hungry nor interested in selling anything. I am just looking for something dependable to haul sound equipment and percussion instruments in.

Came into for a car today was taken care of swiftly without any problems prior before coming was told of the documents I need so made the process so much easier. called looking for a specific car. called 2 locations kept getting the run around and couldn't tell me if they had the vehicle unless I applied first to see what I could afford. which is irrelevant if they can't even tell me if they have the car or not. keep in mind I was trying to pay cash (they primarily want you to finance) so clearly would be able to get financing if I have between 50%-90% down.

Drove 40 minutes there today after talking to an associate on the phone who told me they had over 200 cars in inventory that you could put $500 down on. Property was chained shut. Called customer service and was informed that the property was shut down and they only had a dealership in spring now. And that they only deal in cash cars now.

After 2 years of making payments car needs new engine not there fault. But it’s sitting in my driveway dead I make the payments but the call Friday at 1 to make sure you are making the payment. Never bothered when car was running. I’m going to pay it off but hate the phone calls every friday

All info online incorrect. I was told they don't have any cars for financing. But their name is 500 below cars and they have categories for car notes of 200 300 400 500.... So tired of all the false advertising and scamming online

For 6 months I contemplated should I even go in. Looking for a car is gruesome. Long hours, tired of car salesman just throwing me a lemon. But Bronson was the best, patient... And I mean patient. I got what I wanted and it was affordable.. My payments just happen to be lower than my house bills. I tell every body try them out. You won't be disappointed. Got a car that supposedly had a 21 point inspection... I'm not sure what that includes, but the car I got needs work. So I took it to them. Did not get fixed. Got another number to a different shop. So, I'm feeling like they know the car is effd and they passing the buck. Now I'm 2k dollars plus in the whole, in borrowed time. This car not going to last until I can pay it off.... still had to find a ride to work for the week they kept it, and half way fixed what was wrong. So BE CAREFUL WHERE U SHOP

Thought this was a good place to get a car because of all the benefits they offer. But after just 3 weeks of having the car, I missed one payment and they shut the car off, now making it even more difficult to even get the payment to them! It’s all a scam. I was approved for a $2k down payment. I gave the sales agent an extra 500 to put towards my car note, because who wants to have to pay a note one week into getting the darn car??!! She put it on my down payment and now I’m out of $2500, and a car!! In less than a month! I should’ve went somewhere else cause I was robbed!!

I had brought a car with them last week. It was fast and on Saturday my car stop working and start smoking .Today is Monday and I had to pay a towing company to get my vehicle back to the dealership now they are telling me that I have to wait into they check the car before I can get my car back and a second vehicle is not a option .I put down 2000 and the next couple of days it stop working.

500 below cars in the Heights is great . We had a wonderful experience Jerry Hernandez was absolutely great in helping us get in a car . We were in a bind and he really worked it out for us and made sure we were driving off the lot with a car and it didn't take long at all......... Update we have had nothing but problems with this car since purchasing . Even though I still feel like Jerry was great with helping us out . It is a really big inconvenience for it to be something wrong with a car that you got a month ago every other week. The car broke down two weeks after purchasing it .. And now we are having more issues with it

Marco at the Pasadena location helped me with the car selection and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into a vehicle. I’m now driving and I have no worries. My car came with a one year warranty and that’s great. I don’t see other car lots doing this. Taking care of the customer is the name of the game and 500 below cars is playing the game great.
