Great cash back checking w direct deposit debit account. Could be 5 stars but a power outage and they're down for the count. 24hrs and counting and can't access account information. Great staff at the Whitesboro branch

I had to go to the Gainesville location to get statements printed to prove residency for college. They could only go back so far so the CFO had to print the rest. I asked for an official letter as she was busy. She told them not to give me a letter and that she would mail the statements...that I needed today. When I told them I needed them today she responded with saying she will mail them and could not give me a timeframe as to when she would be able to print them. I felt like they did not meet my needs as a member. This being a credit union and “for the members” or “member owned” I feel like I should have been helped more efficiently and effectively. Luckily the school agreed to wait for the mail as it was out of my hands, since she would not print and could not give me an estimated time of when she could. This could have jeopardized my attending of school this semester. I would not recommend this establishment.

Very efficient and friendly staff, able to handle all my needs and questions quickly and smoothly.

I hope this review is actually seen considering I never take the time to write these since nobody ever makes a professional impression of such magnitude I feel obligated to write one...but Tristan from the Whitesboro branch is the best personal banker I have ever met in 30 years. She is patient, thorough and professional to a tee. She is always smiling and makes it very clear she is there to provide banking solutions to her clients to the best of her ability. #clientforlife

I have an account here and have for the last 5 to 6 years. they've always done a good job taking care of my needs!!
