If you can avoid coming to this bank please do so. The security guard who works there should be fired. He is really rude and DOES NOT know how to treat customers. You have to wait in line outside because they only allow one person at a time and the drive through takes forever. They do not have enough tellers so service is slow!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

How in the world is Daniel Martinez still working there? Worst customer service experience, he is so rude, arrogant. Treats customers like 3rd class citizens, just so unprofessional. This is the only bank who lends money with an ITIN so he thinks he is God. He should be fired

This bank has the worst telephone service ever. They always and I mean ALWAYS !! have an unusually high volume of calls and nobody ever answers... I think they only have 1 rep answering phones now if that..(from home)... Incredible!!

Very bad service, Mr. Daniel Martinez was very arrogant and rude 😣 when my husband went to get a loan for a house, nothing else made him waste his time and he did not help him at all and apart from that he was very bleeding 🥺

PEOPLE who want home and personal loans better not waste their time as well as their people and their response is ineffective, they make you go wanting not to lend you, and they take time to give you an answer and many BUTS, they make you carry all the documents and then They only ask you one thing or another so that THE FINALLY SAY YOU NO, I don't know who gave stars to this bank that instead is a farce, that neither lends nor helps and the women who work there are just going to warm the seat because they do not move to see different options, and some wanting to not attend, so if you want information about this BANK AND GO FOR THE HISPANIC PEOPLE I BETTER OR LOSE YOUR TIME FOR OWN EXPERIENCE DO NOT HELP NOT MANY BUTS AND LATE TO GIVE AN ANSWER

Daniel Martinez really does not care about customer service. He would look at his watch more times than he would look at us. He has no interest what so ever to help customers, he can't even explain or answer questions. Honest, worse customer service ever

Poor customer service!!!! Please train your workers to be kind, also teach them the words PLEASE and THANK YOU. These people made costumer wait under the sun for more than 15 mins. This service gain 1 star.

Schedule needs an update here. Came on a Sunday because it said the hours were 9am to 5pm but they were closed/office had different hours posted on the door. Will try again tomorrow.

His manager Daniel Martínez, is a arrogant person, conceited and little prepared, I am very sorry for his employees
