1st Source Bank W Main St, Winamac

I had set up an account with no way to overdraft and $100 had gotten taken out of my account by accident. The $100 was put right back into the account but had gotten charged for a $46 overdraft fee. I had been off work for a couple weeks and also got charged for not having a derict deposit for those weeks without notifying me! Then they continued to charge my account $7 a day without notifying me! Before I knew it this bank had taken me for over $200 in fees alone. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They were very rude about taking my money and all for nothing. If you want a good bank in winamac go to First Federal. I set up an account with them with no way to overdraft and anytime something slipped through and overdrafted they took the fees right off. They were very friendly too!

I bank all over north west Indiana and when I go into this branch they have always been personal and professional with me.

I'm over this bank but this branch in general. They have taken out over $100 in late fees even though I've put money in same day. They refuse to refund the fees stating that I should bring money into the bank the day I'm pending negative. (We work day shift, so that's not possible) I only got half of my fee from them for a pending negative balance yesterday. Even though I put money in. But because I wasn't able to get it to an actual person I'm being punished for it. We are already struggling and they are making it harder on us. We will most likely be switching to a different bank that is more considerate to their customers. Which is upsetting because we have been with them for over 5 yrs. (These fees are just for the month of July btw)

Their customer service is great. I love walking in the door because everyone is helpful and nice.
