I am a loan officer. My job is to provide the best service to my clients. 1st service title is amazing when it comes to accommodate my clients needs and making me look great when it comes to provide the overall experience for the client. I work with some hard loans and sometimes I have to make changes last minute on my closings. 1st service title always accommodates my needs and my clients. The service is outstanding. Anything that has to be done Post-Closing gets done in a timely matter and with great attitude. They are professional, have an amazing outstanding service, they take care of things in a timely matter! I highly recommend them

Would not recommend 1st Service Title Company- worked with Cassie & Marenda- rude, non responsive @ times & sarcastic in correspondence through out process. After closing, emailed as my office asked for all signed closing documentation- that they receive from all title companies. Maranda replied: these docs are confidential to buyer & seller, closing statement & seller CD is sufficient enough for your office to process transaction. If that was really concern - why did they provide signed FIRPTA form with the sellers social security number. If concern was confidentiality, best to practice to “not provide” form with sellers social security. I may not be from Milwaukee area, have worked w/ title companies in Madison, GreenBay, Appleton & never treated this way. My daughter, bought FSBO & reason part of transaction- needless to say, she has many friends who are buying homes & will recommend to not have seller use your title company.

Just bought and sold a house. 1st Service Title Company took care of everything. They worked flawlessly with both mortgage bankers to ensure that everything was taken care of. The only thing we had to do at the closing was sign our names. Could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

Having been in lending for almost 20 years personally I insist on 1st Service for ALL my closings, Professional, courteous and go WELL above and beyond to make the transaction pleasant. I have not one single complaint about them and highly recommend them to everyone.
