I came to know 1st Security Bank in Poulsbo because of the man who helps steer the ship, manager Gary Zambor. Gary has cemented his place in the North Kitsap community by volunteering on numerous boards, including the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce as Vice President and soon to be president. Gary’s team does an amazing job making the branch feel like “cheers” where everyone knows name and making it feel like home. Community banks are a dime a dozen these days but I bank with 1st Security in Poulsbo because of the amazing people and I suggest you do the same, you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks to a frank and genuine welcome and informed help from both Lisa Rinker and Kathy Raymond, I have become an overnight but knowledgable fan of this bank--each person took time to explain various plans and benefits, treated me with a sense of personal respect and made me a welcome citizen of their bank, and with that, Poulsbo itself..
