1st Franklin Financial TN, Hixson

I hardly ever go to financial places for help due to the fact of how lost I am with trying to understand all the paperwork and confusing the numbers and all that. It leaves me afraid just at the thought. I broke down and went to first Franklin and honestly that's the best choice I have ever made. Along with being beyond welcoming and upbeat, Jessica made sure to walk through everything for me and kept it simple. I walked in scared and left confident. I will for sure come back and I highly recommend everyone to go here for your financial needs

I got approved for a small loan to purchase a new saxophone for my son. They were quick to approve. Every time I called to make a payment they were very nice and helpful. I just paid off that loan, they were super helpful. They also made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed help with. Such as other loans and other financial issues I might have. I appreciated that so much.

I have been with those ladies for a little over 2 years, i can not say enough about the courtesy that I was always shown weather in the office or over the phone. I will and i have in the past recommended, as many people as i can i hope to continue to do business with this office for many years to come. Have a 9,000$ car, a job, decent credit score and a co signer. Would not approve me for a small medical loan. Very disappointed customer.
