I wanted to share the experience last week when I called and and talked to Cindy and her manger Ruby, I explained my situation and how I would like to consolidate some of my debt and Cindy begin working quickly with her manger to see what they could do for me. Cindy listened to me with patience and understanding and the result was they were able to help me. The professionalism and dedication was admirable and I was there the next day and was able to get my business resolved within the same day after leaving there! It was amazing and I felt debt free from a few businesses and relieved! These two made it comfortable and easy when times are stressful! I highly recommend 1st Franklin Financial!

I do not recommend them. They will lie to you and try to get you to pay more than what you owe. I finished my first loan and when I tried to pay off my second loan they tried to say that I was past due $700 on my 1st loan ever after Cindy told me that I was completely done with my first loan before even getting my second loan and that was the reason I was getting another loan first of all because I finished paying it off. They even had a deal going on for the holidays that if you took out another loan you didn't have to make the last payment of 100 and now they're saying I owed $700 plus $500 on a loan of $500 something. Horrible. I always have issues with amount that is due. I even had to provide all proof from my bank when I made a payment one time because they were saying on their end the payment didn't go through so I reached out to my bank and got all proff. And now this. Smh. Horrible. Go to a different plan company if you need money. I will gladly erase this review if they fix their error saying I owe $700+ plus aside from my current loan h

I think this company would be a 5 if everyone was trained how to address their customers. Only one lady choose to call you by first name. I don't know about the other customers, but Cindy chooses to address me by my first name. I think this is unprofessional. Management and everybody else address their customers as Mister or miss. I think they are very professional and courteous. This company has helped me out and I still appreciate it. I've had an account with the company for quite a while. Miss Cindy and management put forth great afford to help me when I need it. I appreciate them and the company.

Heather and the staff at 1st Franklin Financial are wonder. I recommend this financial institution to anyone needing a loan, they will make sure your needs are meet.
