My experience was terrible. The day before our closing, they told me in a very rude way “ well what do you want me to do, I don’t have an answer” I would like to emphasize that I was already with my family awaiting their response as I was moving from another city. Even though, the problem was solved two days after, after they failed to provide all the necessary documentation, we had to pay a fine which was based on the value of the house. Jean Carlos Briceno told us they will not be responsible for any extra charges. We had to pay extra hotel fees as well. We were able to close after all the mistakes we encountered. It is like when you hire an event planner and the day of the event, they tell you the cake and flowers are missing. We were very disappointed by the way his office handle our case, because we did everything in our part to have a smooth transition.

We really have an excellent experience with Gustavo and 1st Financial team, who worked very professionally and maintained a very human approach at all times. They were always willing and available to clarify any questions and to help us through a timely and accurate advice for each situation that may arise.
