My realtor connected me to David and Roya on 1Rate team when my original Loan Officer dropped the ball on my Closing. Both David and Roya went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of and delivered results almost immediately to ensure I would still close on time. Though, I didn't go with 1Rate team in the end, it was only because by that time the rates has risen so high, I would not have been able to afford the same house at new rates. But, with David's help, I was able to manage the process so that I had backup loan on hand and also guide my original loan officer per David's instructions so that the loan closes on time. And all this 1Rate team did as a courtesy to me without any financial benefits. To give more perspective, my original Loan officer was not anticipating the underwriter's conditions which kept delaying the loan approval process. With closing 2 weeks away and my house contract specifying no financial contingency, I started stressing. My realtor who is a gem, introduced me to 1Rate team. 1Rate team worked on 2 fronts for me to first ensure that they get me cleared to close almost instantaneously so I could close on time. Secondly, they helped me with my current loan officer because the rates had gotten so high by this point, they wanted what was best for me without any financial incentive for them. Roya at 1Rate worked with the underwriter to get my file clear to close, where I first realized the difference between a professional at work versus what I had been dealing with. Roya reviewed my file and anticipated underwriter demands to make sure it was met prior to submitting the file. Also, 1Rate team was able to get the appraisal scheduled and done the very same day. On the other side, David reviewed my file that was being submitted with my original Loan Officer. He advised me exactly on how to submit all the documents to the underwriter so that it could be approved without any further delays. All in all what was becoming a super stressful experience became manageable due to 1Rate team. I cannot recommend them enough for their knowledge, professionalism, punctuality and empathy. I will be recommending this team to all my connects for a no hassle stress-free experience!
