SCAM! Paid him 5 months ago and he hasn’t done anything for me. Also he signed me up for a credit monitoring service called smartcredit without my permission. Been charging me $30/mo for that! This guy is a fraud and a thief! He used my information I gave him to sign me up and never disclosed I was getting charged that. I was told I was paying a one time fee up front and had guaranteed results. This guy belongs in JAIL! Read all the negative reviews!!! I have documented everything and Joe has refused to refund me. He blocked me on Facebook after I asked for a refund.
