Very impressed with the customer service ! Walked in and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Comfortable waiting room , made time go by comfortably. A very nice young lady took care of my prints. She was very nice and efficient. I am very impressed by the quality of customer service they have. Other places I have gone to .. everyone seems so grouchy. Follow the signs in the parking lot around the building, they will take you to where the suit is. I suggest driving around the building and looking for the signs that direct you there. I just parked and walked.

I was running late for my appointment. I called and Michael was professional and flexible to take in after my appointment. I even forgot to print the form and bring it with me and Michael told me they take care of it when I get there. Upon arrival I met Unique, who is indeed very unique and kind. He was very personable and friendly yet professional cordial. She helped me check in and printed my form and scanned my prints. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you

Great place to get the TSA preboard check done! Staff very happy and friendly! Minimal wait, all was done in about 10 mins! I'm going to give them a 5* rating but it should be a 4.5* because of the confusing location! A few of us commented about walking all around and through the building to find the entrance. Maybe just note that the entrance is external on freeway side! That's the only minor thing.

The initial appt was simple and easy. 50+ days now and I havent received my TWIC card. Online and phone calls do nothing. Cant work without this card.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. I didn’t get names but when I walked in a man directed me to sign in on the tablet and took all my information in a very welcoming way. The lady that helped me with the live scan was also very friendly and outgoing. When I left they both wished me well.

The person that guided us through the processing of our application was very nice and we had a great experience overall. The only confusing aspect was trying to find the entrance which is outside in the back and NOT inside the building itself. If this was made clearer, it would be much more helpful.
