Enrique and his team over in the commercial vehicle division were phenomenal!!! When you think of a DMV service you’d think hours of time but not here. I recently registered my first truck for my new trucking company. I had no idea what the process consisted of. I went to this location and Enrique was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the process smooth. He is still quick to respond to my emails if I should have any questions regarding my CMV account. I will register all my trucks with him.

I came in after work to get my driver license updated. After waiting for 7-10 minutes with 4 people looking through the windows, and no other customers, somebody finally asked what I needed. I stated my need, and imagine my surprise when I am told I need to come back tomorrow, they stop doing that at 4pm. Really? That is stated nowhere on your website, and yet you have the audacity to charge people $45 for the convenience of not going to the MVD office? I would get the same treatment there and save $45. You really need to fix your website so others like me who go for the convenience (who's convenience?) don't waste the time driving, and certainly not the time standing around like a zoo exhibit.

Ivana was so sweet while I was there and very patient. She made the entire visit completely stress-free for me. 10/10 would work with her again.

I came in earlier today about a couple of services after moving here from California and a rep name Desiree helped me out about getting the process started of getting a driver license and car switched over at first I thought it was just a loan place so walking in I was quit confused but she greeted me in such a timely manner and asked what can she do for me walking into most dmv places you expect rude people but not this one ☝🏼 she’s amazing she even mentioned other services the store had to offer. I highly recommend coming to this place Desiree was amazing! I will be returning soon one stop shop for sure thank you.

Enrique was great to work with for our IRP! We moved our trucking company from CA to AZ and had to get our trucks registered in AZ.There are only a few places that do IRP. I called all of them and most were non responsive and rude. Enrique was extremely helpful and got it done for me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend!!

Desiree and Ivana were both very professional, kind, patient, and communicated well. Even with it being busy they continually checked in and kept me posted on the progress. Made a tough situation much easier! Beautiful girls and great experience. Will definitely refer others!

If you bother coming here, avoid Chester at all costs. He has beyond the worst attitude, horrible customer service and is just an all around unpleasant person. After 3 hours of back and forth, coming back after he called us and told us we were ready, another customer was ahead of us. We waited an hour in the lobby, filling out the additional references we were asked for and then (because the other customer was taking longer than he expected) he told us he couldn’t do our loan and we’d have to come back in the morning. We explained to him we had been waiting here over an hour and he immediately threw the other customer under the bus and loudly told us that it’s her fault it is taking longer, and then rolled his eyes when I told him it was NOT her fault and him blaming her was completely inappropriate. He tried to find every reason not to help us, he was openly hostile to us as well as the other customer he was helping. When she asked him how she would be able to get out since the door was locked, he dismissively told her someone would come help her and then did nothing to assist.it wasn’t until I insisted on speaking to a manager before leaving that he called his manager and was told to do the loan. He sighed and huffed the whole time even after we tried to smooth everything over and let it be water under the bridge. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and I am so beyond appalled at the service he provided. The supervisor we worked with earlier in the day, Desiree, was very kind and helpful, this employee is just incredibly rude and not someone I would ever, ever want representing my business.

Only getting ⭐️ ⭐️ Because it was fairly quick. “Clarissa’s” customer service was a pile of hot garbage. I was her first customer of the day as well so it’s not like she had a long tired day. I was waiting for them to open. That’s how I know I was her first 🤷🏼‍♂️

All the employees here were nice and helpful. The wait wasn't long at all. However, I believe I should have passed my road test. I did really good. I did go a little over the speed limit by like 1 or 2 over. So because of that they failed me. So keep in mind if you are taking road test DO GO THE EXACT SPEED LIMIT.

I went here to get a new ID & the whole process was super simple & easy. Both Desiree & Janet were extremely nice & helpful. Everything was done super quickly & efficiently. It is a quick place with a nice staff; I would definitely recommend their location should need to visit a mvd service location.

I usually dont write bad reviews but this was just the most absolute worst place to go to. I Waited 3 hours here. People that came way after me got serviced before me. I had to ask twice how long it would take and they kept saying I wasnt next. There was another person there that came for the same service I did (license renewal) AND came 2 1/2 hours AFTER ME and managed to get helped before I did. When I finally got serviced. The lady did not seem to care I was highly upset and on top of that decided to irritate me further by yelling out "your welcome" as I walked away. Extremely unprofessional.

I had taken my drivers test before at another location that did not have such good services. This time around things went soo much smoother especially when it came down to the driving part. Andrina Krueger made me feel comfortable and calm while taking both parts of my drivers test and acted with profession. She had us in and out I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!

I came to get my truck and title done. Didn’t receive my veteran plates after 2 months came back they resubmitted my order. Two sets of different plates showed up and they weren’t my specialty plates at all. Came back to this location asked why all she said was it wasn’t put and it would cost more. Mind you this was the original person I talked to in the beginning and she was still rude as ever. My point is just go the MDV office!

I walked in to this location recently to accompany my daughter on her very first road test. While she was out testing, I walked back up to the counter, and asked a very pleassant young lady about some title questions about my cars. I don't recall her name, but she had on a black and white polka dot dress. She apologized, and said it was her first day training, but she would find another employee to assist her. Within seconds a gentleman with glasses came over to help. Both of them were incredibly nice and never made me feel rushed, but I felt I was taken care of efficiently and professionally. It's so refreshing to know that customer service is not dead! If the other empleoyees are half as pleasant as those two are, they've got a customer for life from me!

This place is awesome and the service was professional. I came in for commercial vehicle purposes to avoid delays from MVD. Enrique and Jorge helped me out a lot. I was told the process to get my truck plates was 5 to 7 business days. I was there near closing time on Friday 2/18 and my plates arrived Wednesday 2/23. How unreal was that? Hands down no questions asked. Get down here and get it done, PERIOD !!! Will be a long time customer...

Went in to renew my driver's License, the website shows $12, after being ignored and then finally getting help, they took pic, again wait till someone calls your name go to window and was told it would be $45. Need to fix the website and not worth renewing driver's License here!

If her phone services was awesome i wonder what her customer service would be like pretty amazing person over the phone you never know what your getting when you call into these places but this was by far the best customer services over the phone thank you so much 🙂🙂🙂

I came to this DMV, waited, there were 3 out of 4 attendants not helping anyone, and the room had a lot of people waiting. Not a friendly place at all. This was at 10:30. I'll go to DMV on 59th again, they are much more helpful and friendly.

Horrible, They would rather push you away and find reasons to not help you. I almost had to pull teeth for help. And guess what? I actually had ALL the info I needed to take care of what I needed. You guys are sitting there getting paid anyway, in an empty establishment yet you don't want to take care of customer service. Thank god this was the first and last time I need to go to this place.

I walked by, and I saw a sign about DMV services. I was actually needing to renew my vehicle quick! I went in and spoke to Gus. I learned I can get my vehicle done there and ended up renewing my registration with them. It does cost more, but you’re really paying for the convenience, because of location and there are practically no lines like you see at the DMV. Gus was really helpful, so I think I’m definitely coming back for my DMV needs.

We went to this location to get a title transfered over to my girlfriend's name. The service was quick and Desiree and Marcos were very friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we had. Desiree even entertained our toddler during our time there. We would definitely come here again.
