1 Stop Title Loans & Motor Vehicle Services W Bell Rd, Glendale

I purchased a vehicle on 02/14/2022 from a private party. He suggested we go here to do the transfer. I received a 90 day temporary tag to continue my trip from Colorado with the promise that the title will follow in the mail. Fast forward to 05/03/2022 and still not title. I called ADOT and they explained that these folks should have generated the request for title, and the title sent to me. This did not happen. I called the store and was told that they would do this, and the state would mail out the title. I've got 12 days left on the 90 day temporary license plate issued to me, hopefully it arrives soon. As I finished this review I received a call from George, a manager, apologizing for the mishandling of this. He verified that it had been done, so hopefully it arrives before the temporary expires.

Joumary is awesome! She did an excellent job & was super kind!!

They pop quiz you about death dates and then completely disregard you as you stand in front of them. Horrible. If you can go literally anywhere else I highly recommend doing that.

The woman who helped me was Joumary, she was very pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was great, super quick and easy. I had got married and just needed to change my new last name on my license, all I needed was the marriage certificate and $30. Was in and out in 15 minutes. So glad I didn’t waste my day at the DMV. Thank you!

Julian and Priscilla were so helpful. Quick and efficient service with a friendly staff! Got our IDs very fast.

Even though the line to get service was VERY long, I felt they served me well. I was getting a vehicle title transferred into my name and didn't know I should have had an emissions test first. I left and returned after passing emissions. They allowed me to immediately step up to a window for service, since I had already waited in line for nearly an hour before. Well worth not having to go to the DMV. They weren't as grumpy as the government employees either. Great experience with 1 Stop Title Loans & Motor Vehicle Services!!

Employees take breaks and work as slow as possible. 1 -2 ppl working on a Saturday like what the heck!!!! They sucked

Overall, not a great experience. Came to get an ID and decided to visit here as it was the closest place. They follow social distancing guidelines for the most part, seats are distanced but you can’t really control people that are standing around. There were only two people working the windows so, that delayed things a bit. The woman that assisted with my transaction was a bit rough at the start and it made for an unpleasant remainder. She was busy chatting with other people and just made the transaction take longer. Maybe it was an off day.

Maribel was very nice - I came to the wrong store after doing my application online and she was very helpful and got me taken care of right away!

Just left 1 Stop Title to get my Disabled Veteran License Plates for my vehicles. I was in and out of there very quickly (would have taken hours at the DMV) and had the great privilege of working with Priscilla who went above and beyond the call of duty first over the phone and then in person; she is AWESOME! Great service with a smile! Very comprehensive and so nice to deal with!

Desiree is excellent person She served me with the best information ever She is a sweet young lady who help me get what I need in a good mannor of time. I would refer everyone to her, she will have you going out of here with a smile on your face 🤩 Best customer service I have received.😀

Joanna was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond for me and even waited for me because I was stuck in traffic. Very patient and sympathetic. Great individual!!

I went in today and was helped by Erin. She was very professional and walked me through the loan process. Everyone was very helpful and it was and overall easy experience. Good job! Update 7-29-19 I was in today and even though I was unable to obtain a loan, the employees where very professional and helpful. Another great experience.

I would like to start off by saying that I have been a customer with this company since Richard Bauer was in charge. I am both an English and Spanish speaker however I am more comfortable with Spanish as it is my 1st language and it has never been an issue before. The day I walked into this location I was advised to only speak English by an employee as well as the new manager as it is no longer permitted is absolutely mind blowing to me!!!! I feel like this is a high form of discremination and in no way acceptable!! I took pride in referring my family and friends to this establishment because of how diverse it is and how they were able to accommodate to any language barrier. I have never been so offended in my life!! None of the previous managers have ever had an issue with Spanish being spoke in the lobby so why does this new manager have such an issue??!!! I must say you can definitely see the difference from the previous manager and it is not good friends, this location is going down hill!

Desiree was amazing she went above and beyond for myself she even stayed late to help me get the cash I needed she even helped another young lady well she was helping us that's what you call customer service!! She deserves a raise in my opinion someone like her who is willing to go out of her way to stay late and help us and go above and beyond for the customers that's customer services at it's finest I recommend anyone and everyone to come see desiree if you ever need help

This place is the best if you want to get a loan. I was in the military 23 and I they never treated me like 1stop. Top notch service. Customer service 11 out of 10. Both Erin and Austin where both respectful and did a perfect job. Thanks to there teamwork I was good to go.

Roman & Hannah did an awesome job, the service was great and we were out in less than 15 mins. There were so pleasant and even helped my grandma fill out an application step by step. The office was clean and organized. Totally worth coming in to 1 Stop!

Rachel went above and beyond helping me today. She's the greatest! There was another girl that was working there the day I was there and she was just as great as Rachel. I overheard her talking with a customer and he was so appreciative of her caring spirit and professionalism. Yep, I heard him say that! I read most all of the reviews and have to say, I don't know how people are writing bad reviews about 1 Stop Title Loans. Some people just can't be happy no matter what you do to help them. You are there because you need some cash and they are there to help you through the process and all you can do is say negative things about the company. This is the first time I have done business with them and I would definitely go back to them, if I needed help again. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. I read some of your negative reviews but it didn't stop me from doing business with them. They were really great!

If you don’t wanna deal with the DMV this is the correct address! Very quick an easy service! JOUMARY is absolutely the BEST!!! She is so nice, professional, pleasant and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her!!!!

Moved from out of state and got my license here on a Saturday. Not too bad of a wait, friendly staff, but $70 is a bit steep of a price.

I brought my son here to take his driving test, had everything filled out and ready. We came yesterday and they told us what we needed to return today, so we made an appointment and came back. Today we couldn't do the test because the lady neglected to tell us yesterday that we needed our vehicle registration and insurance card. Which I would have brought had I known. Then she lied today and told us she said it yesterday. She DID NOT. And then the other lady behind the glass doesn't even hardly speak English, they were both very very rude. Next time I think I'd rather wait in line at DMV. I'm appalled.

Jo Jo is AWESOME! She called me after I paid off my registration loan to thank me for being such a good customer. And let me know that I was valued and they would love to have me back if I ever needed a loan in the future. She was not pushy at all, she just sincerely thanked me and made me feel like part of the one stop family. I let her know that I didn’t need another loan, but would reach out if I did. Well I ended up needing another loan last minute because I was short on rent. And even with Title Max offering me $100 if I came back to get a loan with them, I decided to go to One Stop because of how sweet and genuine Jo Jo was. To top things off, once I got to One Stop and let Jo Jo know my situation she not only quickly got me approved BUT she also did everything she could to get me as much funding as possible. She also worked with me on what the best date would be for my first payment to come out, and choosing what payment plan would work best for my life style. I am a returning customer at One Stop, but I have to say that the first time I got a loan from them the customer service was ok. This time with Jo Jo she went above and beyond to help me with anything she could. And her manager was so kind as well along with another gentleman working. It really just was an over all comfortable positive caring environment and it made the situation such a better experience than it typically is when you have to get a loan. I will definitely be going back to One Stop for all my future loan needs, and I will definitely be asking for Jo Jo directly as well. If you need some help with money TRY ONE STOP off of 43rd Ave and Bell. They are seriously amazing (especially Jo Jo). I promise they won’t disappoint.

My wife and I recently moved to Arizona from another state. We needed to change the registration on two cars, get our new drivers licenses and we’re hoping to get a travel ID. We were taken care of by Priscilla at this location. She was fabulous!!! We are both in our 70s, not particularly tech savvy. She was totally patient, kind, professional and extremely competent. She made what could have been an extremely anxiety filled situation extremely easy. Not only did we get all of the above done but voter registration also. We would definitely use the service again at this location.

The driving instructor, Matt, and the service counter attendant, Joemary, were absolutely fantastic! They put my son right at ease for taking his driving test. Wonderful facility. On time & pleasant service, especially for a busy Friday afternoon. I would highly recommend this location!

Joumary was absolutely amazing!!! Her and her supervisor went above and beyond! I have never left a review before but I felt if I was ever going to leave one this is the one to leave. Extremely slow service. I've been here a few times in the last few weeks to do title transfers and waited unnecessarily long everytime. Today will be my last visit, there was a lobby full of people and literally not one person being serviced for over 20 minutes. A few people actually left. Someone mentioned it and was told that we just need to have patience,, Do you value your customer's time? I'll be using another service going forward. If you value your time, go elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service.

Even though I had all the paper work required of me to register my leased vehicle… They gave me a hard time about it 3 times because they didn’t understand that my lease payments are were to chase and not Subaru. I had a copy of leasing agreement, power of attorney from measure company, drivers license, out of state registration, allllll the things.. and I was still sent away 4-5 times before I finally went to a different location where they registered the vehicle very quickly.

I just want to state that my experience with 1 Stop Title Loans was very exceptional! Desiree was a big help with my registration loan. Not only did she keep me entertained with her outstanding conversational skills, she was very professional. I will definitely be doing business with 1 Stop Title Loans from here on out. There was no hassle at all!

I went in to have a title put in my name with the vehicle being already registered, the first woman wouldnt do it. I went out, came back in with a better understanding of what i needed. Told the woman I needed the title in my name NOT registration , she told me okay and made me pay $10 for a REGISTRATION. I went to a different woman and she proceeded to tell me that they could not give me what i needed. A few months prior they did exactly what i needed for a past vehicle, and when i told them this she asked ME how they did it, and that they would need to see the process. She did not look up the process. ALL employees then resumed chatting away. They did not want to do their job. Never returning, i have NEVER had this problem in my past years of using this place.

They were very friendly and professional. Erik and the manger took care of me in a timely fashion and helped me in a time of need.

And out of three people working there only one was working and didnt bother calling out numbers in order. In other words, Do not go to this location until the entire staff gets replaced by competent personnel.

Desiree helped me with getting a registration loan. She was so friendly super helpful and made it such an easy process. Title max actually referred me here because they could not help me out and I am so glad I went I could not be happier with the service I received I highly recommend and ask for Desiree!

I had an amazingly quick experience. I felt welcomed. I love Rachael each time I come in. She always let's me about promotions and about the process because I do not know anything about any of how this works. I also received 2 castles n coaster tickets from one promotion they had going on. I wouldnt choose any other place to get my title loans.
