I then asked to speak to a bank manager and was directed to Ms. Debbie Franklin. After explaining my situation - she informed me that Stephenson Bank would NOT pull back the credit request. Needless to say - I was flabbergasted ! I was prepared to loan $550,000 for my home loan and probably $500,000 to $1,500,000 for my farm to begin hemp production. I would never consider doing business with a bank that does not have the customer's interest at heart. I would be interested to see what the Vision Statement for Stephenson bank is - they likely are NOT customer focused. Sorry Stephenson - I'll be banking with your competitors."
