When I called and asked them about it, the lady (Gloria) told me that my account was never negative and said that I made all the transactions today. These Transactions were from the Friday and into the weekend. She then said she could cancel the transaction, but it would $29. When I asked to speak my officer (since they spoke with him yesterday), he had her take my number. At this point I doubt I will get a call back and don't really care if I do. I will just bank here in Houston with another bank."
