I hung up and called back to talk to the bank tellers , not there manager anymore and she looked it up for me perfectly fine and got my check off hold and informed me that I only had one over draft but it was for 5 days straight, and after that she told me that they are closing my account due to non complaint from Me !!! I said you can’t close my account without my permission and they said yes we can and I mentioned that I just got my check cleared and they said I can send you a check or you can pick up a check , I said why so I can wait longer for my money! I told them that I’m calling the better business bureau and she laughed on the phone 😡🤬this bank is the worst bank ever !!! BACK TO CHASE I GO !"
