Then I make an initial deposit and it does not show up on the bank account side as pending or anything. I get an email but it is asking for another password. UGH!!! So I call today. Mallory was nice and cordial. I know she works there and cannot say why they do things they do but it is very frustrating. They are holding a check I deposited for 7 business days. It is coming from a well known institution. I know banks hold checks and then use the money for interest and trading at night. Why can you make a cc purchase and the charge shows up right away but they get to hold your checks for 7 business days? Highway robbery.
