I asked for her name so I could inform whoever called me, that she refused to keep my appointment. She said "no I won't give you my name and it doesn't matter because anyone who talked to you would have told you that we don't have staff for your appointment ". I felt like she was insinuating I wasn't being truthful about our appointment. She had other bankers at the inside door. Almost as if she was going to need back up. Thankfully and sadly I recorded the incident via voice recording on my phone. All together the experience was bizarre and I am beyond disappointed with my experience. i have tried calling to rectify the situation and cant seem to get through either. Wouldn't recommend !"
