Then she threw in a “have a nice day.” It’s people like her that should NOT work with the public. I work with the public and have NEVER been hateful like that to a customer. I’ve NEVER had any issues with anyone else there before. I’ve always been greeted when I pulled up and that gives me the “ok” to tell them what I need. I’ve been highly considering changing banks, and she may have just encouraged me to do so."
